Job Description

Client: A US based tech (SAAS) Startup that is a provider of Field Service Automation Solutions.

Description:

Looking for a dynamic UI/UX designer to work closely with the product team. Your primary goals will be to design the User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design of mobile app, website/web-app and other digital communication (campaign emails, banners et al.) across multiple platforms such as iOS, Android and web.

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and evaluating user requirements & customer feedback in collaboration with product managers and customer success team to create user-centric designs.
  • Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flow diagrams, & mindmaps.
  • Creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups & clickable prototypes to test & iterate continuously at each step to validate conceptual design and yield design specification document.
  • Work closely with the mobile & front-end web development teams to bring the designs to life.
  • Produce graphics/isometric illustrations for use in landing pages, blogs, et al.
  • Develop sensible, intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs.
  • Collaborate & communicate effectively with cross-functional teams during the design process.
  • Stay abreast of UX trends & frameworks and look for creative ideas and inspiration.

Requirements:

  • Self-driven & excellent interpersonal skills with ability to absorb constructive feedback.
  • In-depth understanding of Design process, UX principles for mobile/web & technology trends.
  • Demonstrable experience in Mobile App Design, Dashboards for Web Application & Websites.
  • Defined Design toolkit. Skilled in Photoshop/Sketch, Illustrator, InvisionApp, Asana et al.
  • Basic understanding of front end technologies: HTML, JS, CSS, XML & other frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s degree/Certifications in a relevant field & B2C SaaS experience is a plus.
