Description:

What Will You DO?

  • Understand internals of iOS ecosystem and document/implement/discover methods to extract forensically sound evidence.
  • Maintain their forensic extraction platform’s edge by devising and improvising on methods for collecting evidence from up-to-date applications.
  • Create/maintain native daemon that works across the depth and breadth of the iOS ecosystem including various versions and devices.
  • Reverse engineer 3rd party software/applications and their data storage mechanisms / encryption methodologies to ensure successful forensic collection of data/evidence.

What are we looking for in a Candidate?

Required skills:

  • Knows iOS internals thoroughly.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in C or C++ or Objective-C.
  • Deep understanding of multi-threaded programming and synchronization.
  • Experience crafting and then supporting API’s.

Good-to-have skills:

  • Understanding of network security and PKI.
  • Experience in iOS daemon development.
  • Experience/understanding of JailBreaking.
  • Understanding of Cydia ecosystem.
