MODES OF ENGAGEMENT
As your Talent Partner, we follow the below mentioned modes of engagement. These need not be exclusive. We could also opt for a combination of both, as per the need.
Contingency Hiring:
No success – no fee.
You share open requirements with us as and when they come up. You pay the fee only once the selected candidate joins.
Retained Search:
You retain our services for a set of strategic search assignments that will need to be closed within a given timeframe.
That will mean that you work EXCLUSIVELY with us, for those mandates. A fixed fee will be decided upon for the project duration.
This will enable us to work very closely with you to chalk out a hiring plan, define timelines, measure progress, and ultimately help you close positions as per the plan.
When we are not competing with other Recruiters, we are laser focused on getting you the “best” candidate, not on racing towards being the first one to send you profiles!
