She is intrigued by human psychology and fascinated by the tech industry, in general. She has spent years studying both with equal interest. At the intersection of these 2 interests, she displays an uncanny ability to identify the right kind of people for businesses in the tech industry.
She has a phenomenal understanding of the tech landscape in India, and is well networked with some of the best tech professionals.

Ritesh is a post graduate in AI from IIIT Hyderabad.
Having worked at NVIDIA for 2 years, witnessing the driverless car chip in action for their clients like Audi and Tesla, he got to see the real power of AI.
With a moral compass to accomplish something worthwhile he spent 3 years applying AI to Education and built an Adaptive Learning Platform that helps kids understand concepts instead of memorizing them by instilling their knowledge state into the system. He further moved on to building an AI driven Animated Video Creation app that only uses a piece of text or story as input.
To put his 6 years of Data Science experience to good use, in his circles he serves as an active Research Advisor to multiple startups helping them build great products by solving real problems and mentoring passionate Data Scientists.
