Job Description

Client: A US based tech (SAAS) Startup that is a provider of Field Service Automation Solutions.

They are looking for Product Managers to join their team full-time at their Bangalore office (currently remote). You will be working closely with the other PMs to plan and execute new features & products throughout the product life-cycle: Ideation to Launch!

You will get to work hands-on in both mobile & web application products at the Company.

This is a mid- level role and they will help you to build your capabilities through on-the-job experience, training, and mentoring to take on a senior role.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with a cross-functional team to help define and foster the product vision that aligns with the customer’s needs and business.
  • Work closely with customer facing teams: Sales/Success to collect and analyse product usage data & feedback to validate & translate it into feature requirements.
  • Play the role of Product Owner to facilitate scrum meetings and daily stand-ups to review the developments with cross-functional teams and to determine top priorities and maintenance of the backlog.
  • Work closely with internal teams of engineers, designers, QA, marketing to ensure timely delivery of products & features.
  • Utilize user-interviews, surveys, market research to assist in the development of product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with the UX team to create workflows, mockups and wireframes.
  • Stay on top of the market developments in the domain and competitors.

What are we looking for in a Candidate?

  • 4+ years of work experience in the IT industry around Payroll/Time & Attendance Products.
  • You should have worked in customer facing roles and should be able to clearly communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to drive execution by taking ownership.
  • An interest in B2B SaaS products. Startup experience is a big plus.
  • A desire to build a long term career in software product management & leadership.
